Guess what, Marrickville? We’ve got a new obsession, and it’s fresh, flaky, and fabulous. Say hello to Shadow Baking, the latest addition to the Messina family, now permanently popping up at our HQ!

Picture this: buttery, golden croissants, oozing with rich fillings, or a tart so perfectly baked it might just ruin all other desserts for you. That’s what we’re serving at Shadow Baking – we’ve got your mornings covered.

 

Open from 8am every Saturday and Sunday, this is your new go-to spot for the freshest baked goodies to kickstart your weekend.

 

 

Find it in the car park (yes, really)
Where, you ask? Right in the car park at our Marrickville HQ. It’s a low-key spot with high-key flavour. Grab a coffee, hit the bakery, and either lounge at our outdoor seating or take your goodies to go.
