We offer a fully immersive behind the scenes tour once a month where our expert chefs will take you on a tour, talk you through every inch of Messina and how we do things to make our gelato so special. You'll also get the chance to get your hands dirty and glaze our cakes, plus there's plenty of testers and a goodie bag to take home, of course!
