Messina Produce - from cow to cone
We have always made our gelato from scratch, using our own unique recipes and the best ingredients we can get our hands on.
Not stopping there, we even go as far as producing our own ingredients. We have a custom built chocolate room where we make and finish our own range of chocolate, we own and operate two farms - our dairy farm, and hazelnut farm both located in country Victoria and we produce our own dulce de leche the Argentinian way on site. We even roast our own nuts to create high quality nut pastes.

We produce some of the highest quality Jersey milk we’ve ever come across. Super high in cream content and full of flavour, our milk is the foundation and critical building block to producing the best gelato in the world.
Our first 'on-shelf product' is our delicious range of spreads. We wholesale our own Messina-made Dulce de Leche and Choc Hazelnut Spread - affectionally dubbed Messinatella in 190ml jars and 2L buckets
We have been making our own chocolate for our gelato and cakes in our custom built chocolate room in our Marrickville HQ. We sell premium bars via wholesale in 2.5kg blocks and callets in white, milk and two types of dark.
