British Bertha lands down under, August, 2026.

We're bringing cult UK brand GET BAKED to Australia, for the very first time, delivering thousands of Bertha slices to the masses.  Home to the world-famous 24-layer Bertha chocolate cake, along with the indulgent and slightly absurd, GET BAKED and Rich Myers are packing up their Leeds kitchen to set up shop down under at Messinaville for a limited time.

Our new gelato & wine pairing series at Erin, done in collaboration with DRNKS. Each night brings a different winemaker into the restaurant, with five wines matched scoop-for-sip with five exclusive flavours and toppings.

We're opening our third store north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, bringing store number thirty-seven nationally, to the heart of Crows Nest.

Winter is well and truly on its way so we've added a new addition to the Messina bake-at-home Cookie pie family — filled with Biscoff Crumb infused Dulce de Leche topped with Biscoff Crumb.
