Rose is our Head of R&D and conceptualises pretty much all of the limited edition products, specials and flavours that you eat.

Dalila is our Head of Operations and a partner in the business. She's the one that make's all the stores run smoothly and brings Marketing's crazy ideas to life.

Ash is our Head of Finance and a partner in the business. Saving money on ingredients is not something we do well (because good ingredients cost a lot) but he does it better than anyone else could.

Mr. Messina is the anonymous person behind the chaos which is the Messina Instagram. IYKYK :)

Millie is our Head Chocolatier. Anything chocolate that you eat at Messina goes through her... and that's exactly why it tastes (and looks) so good.

Nonna is the GOAT and the reason why Messina exists today. There's not much else to say other than "thank you for all the lunches".

Emi is our Head of QA, Supply Chain & Export at Messina. But more importantly, Emi is the man behind our completely authentic Argentinian Dulce De Leche. Yup, he's kind of a big deal!

Head of International ops (oh and Nonna's grandson if you wanted another connection). He's worked in nearly every department in Messina.

Tanya is our Messinaville preceinct manager. She keeps the our headquater Marrickville store and it's counter parts running as smooth as they do.

Flo started our as a pastry chef at Messina, before founding Shadow Baking with his colleague Tom and going full time into running the pastry business.

Natalia keeps our Canberra store running like clockwork after a long stint in Sydney running some of our Inner West stores.

Sian is the Head of Brand & Marketing and partner here at Messina. After a move from London and a career in fashion marketing, she flipped to leading all our in-house marketing and collaborations.
