To celebrate the launch of Saturday Night Pasta’s brand new range, we’re setting one long table right down the middle of our gelato factory, and you’re invited to join us for dinner.
This is not your Nonna’s dinner. Unless your Nonna also invites Shadow Baking, Gold Street Dairy, Erin Bar and Restaurant, In The Round House, Salumi Australia, DRNKS, and Byroncello to her table (in which case...can we come to your Nonna's next dinner?).
We'll be serving dinner family-style, with the table decked out by our friends at In The Round House, and the sultry sounds of Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra floating through the space to set the tone.
The night kicks off with a glass of something bubbly and a grazing board piled high with Salumi Australia cured meats, pickles from our very own Erin Restaurant, and grilled curd from Gold Street Dairy (made with milk from our jersey herd) and drizzled with our house honey.
Then come the pasta bowls, tossed with Saturday Night Pasta's new Some Like It Hot sauce, topped with our jersey milk ricotta and lemon pangrattato. After that, we’re bringing out our Messina family ragu, a rich mix of polpette, cotica di maiale and salsiccia, slow-cooked in Saturday Night Pasta’s Red Red Wine sauce. We’ll be serving it with Shadow Baking’s cult hot honey focaccia (for optimal sauce mopping) and a bowl of green salad to keep things balanced.
For dessert, we’re putting on a bit of a show. Crostatas, bowls of zabaglione and tiramisu, with gelato and hot dulce de leche poured tableside.
DRNKS will keep the wine flowing all night, finishing with a toast of Byroncello, a handcrafted limoncello from the Byron Bay hinterland.
And yes, you’ll head home with a little something too, a take-home pack featuring Saturday Night Pasta’s new pasta and sauce, plus a limited-edition tote made just for the night.

We get it. Life happens, so we also made a flavour. Elisabetta - Olive oil and sea salt gelato with dulce de leche, available in all stores from August 19th for one week or until sold out.
