Night Noodle Markets are coming to Christchurch
NIGHT NOODLE MARKETS ARE COMING TO CHRISTCHURCH!
Trading in North Hagley Park (Entertainment Triangle), from 6thâ15th February.
It's not often we get the chance to feed our Kiwi friends, but after a sell-out pop-up in Auckland, we thought it was about time to bring our Full Moon Gelato Party to Christchurch. Along with Hoy Pinoy and a few other vendors from Sydney, there's a stellar line up of eats on offer. You can take a sneak peak of the menus HERE.
This year we headed to the sunny shores of Thailand for inspiration, we returned with a golden tan, a bit of a Chang-over and four delicious new dessert creations.
Noodle Markets wouldnât be complete without a custom Messina stand, so weâve enlisted the help of artist Barry P to illustrate this yearâs theme â a Full Moon Gelato Party. Famous on the island of Koh Phangan, The Full Moon Party is an all-night beach party that originated at Hat Rin beach on the night of, before or after every full moon.
From drinking Chang beer, to fire jumping, neon body paint and sipping from bucket cocktails on the beach - anyone whoâs visited the island of Koh Phangan for a Full Moon Party will recognise some familiar sights and scenes.
Each of the four desserts have been created exclusively for the Night Noodle Markets by our team of in-house chefs. Put to the test by many eager taste testers, youâll find some of Thailandâs most loved flavours on the menu â from coconut sticky rice to our PHUKET BUCKETÂ sundae which uses a popular Thai syrup called sala.
Night Noodle Markets Christchurch runs from Friday 6â15th February. After that, our Thai-themed stand will be making its way to Wellington.
