Ho Lee Fook Hong Kong Pop Up
If you're a Hong Kong local, or happen to be in town...take note...we're popping up at Ho Lee Fook for one night only. And we're bringing a little piece on Messina to their dessert menu.
We've been at Taste of Hong Kong for the last four days meeting loads of you, scooping like the wind to keep up with the queues and glazing hundreds on Dr Evil's Mini Magic Mushrooms. And of course, whilst in town, the team have been eating their way round some of Hong Kong's best restaurants and most frequented street food spots (thanks to everyone who sent us their restaurant recommendations). On our eating check list was Ho Lee fook, so we're very happy to be collaborating with them on a little side project.
Tomorrow night (Tuesday 26th March), we'll be making three custom desserts at Ho Lee Fook. Here's what's on the menu:
- Deep fried HK milk tea gelato coated in coconut pound cake and panko crumb served with salted coconut tapioca and salt coconut sauce
- Yuzumisu served with coffee crumble and Messina-house farmed hazelnut gelato
- Hokkaido Milk gelato with house made Dulce De Leche, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt
See you there!
