Creative Department X Archie Rose Neapolitan Degustation

Our restaurant is throwing a neapolitan party in degustation form, celebrating the prized Archie Rose spirit set. Sittings available from 19-21st November.

Neapolitan is arguably one of the all-time ice cream greats, which was the basis for our Archie Rose spirit set collaboration. With the help of their master distiller and a big focus on some of the amazing produce we use for our gelato production, we created:

  • Strawberry and Pink Peppercorn Gin
  • Vanilla & Pandan Vodka
  • Cocoa Husk & Hazelnut Whisky

The collaborative sitting will include our signature 8-course degustation, balancing sweet, savoury and umami flavours with an included alcohol pairing, showcasing the three Archie Rose spirits in our neapolitan cocktail set. Head chef Remi Talbot has also recreated his signature strawberry dessert, filling it with a neapolitan flavour trio.

Dates: 8-10th October (sold out). 19-21st November, 6pm or 8:30pm sittings available
Price: $180 (degustation + alcoholic pairing)
