Messina x ArchieMite Gelato Sandwich
In celebration of the new Archiemite Buttered Toast Spirit developed by Archie Rose Distillers, we created an umami, mite based gelato sandwich.
Taking notes from the spirit, the Pepe Saya butter caramel and mite gelato is sandwiched between toasted Sonoma sourdough biscuits – creating a sweet and savoury edible that is truly rich and delicious.
The gelato bars will only be available for purchase at the Archie Rose Bar each weekend during Mitey Brunches (for the next few weeks) or tonight (may 8th) at the big reveal.
