Need something non cringe-worthy to take your date (or yourself) to on Valentine's Day this year?

We can't guarantee there won't be any snogging in the back row, but we can guarantee you'll be in a dark room, a drink in hand and that you'll be eating our version of the famous 'Courtesan de Chocolat' from the movie.

We're joining forces with our favourite cinema in town - the Golden Age Cinema in Surry Hills for a 'Guest Presents' screening of Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel. And what better cake to eat whilst enjoying the screening than a Mendl's inspired  "Messina de Chocolat". Our version has coux pastry filled with chocolate fondant gelato, iced to replicate Mendl's dessert, and topped is off with a golden almond. If you haven't seen the film yet, the 14th February is the perfect day to do so!

There are two showings: 6.10pm and 8.30pm.

Each ticket includes a "Messina de Chocolat". We recommend getting there early to enjoy a drink in the Golden Age Bar.
