22 October - This Week's New Dish at The Creative Department

Since opening its doors next to our Darlinghurst store in 2016, the Creative Department has refined and redefined the ultimate sensory degustation experience. Every week, one new dish is added to the rotating 8 course menu.

22nd October - this week, Creative Department Head Chef Remi Talbot is adding:

Horseradish & Dill Oil Sherbet*, Green Asparagus & Buttermilk

Drink Pairing: Kiwi and Chilli

Available for 6 weeks only.

*sherbet is similar to a sorbet, but it contains 1 -2% butterfat, giving it a creamy mouthfeel.
