Our new gelato & wine pairing series at Erin, done in collaboration with DRNKS. Each night brings a different winemaker into the restaurant, with five wines matched scoop-for-sip with five exclusive flavours and toppings.
First up: Stratosphere by Ravensworth Wines on Thursday 6 August, 6:30pm. $55 for 5 wines + 5 gelato pairings.

After a sell-out first event, the Three Martini Dinner is back. Three unique martinis, three snacky courses, plus dessert to finish, with a gelato or sorbet element in every course.

Give the Messina lover in your life (or yourself) an unforgettable night out. Go behind the scenes with a Messina factory tour, followed by dinner at Erin, the full farm-factory-plate experience.
Your evening starts with a welcome drink and factory walkthrough, before heading to Erin for a four course dinner featuring exclusive Erin dishes and an one off Messina dessert.

The Gelato Omakase is the full ride, nine courses, each one built around a gelato or sorbet element, each one pulling from a different corner of the world. If you want a taste without the commitment, the Tasting Menu does six.

Double App Points T&Cs

What is Erin?
Our restaurant and bar, where real savoury dinner dishes get a touch of gelato or sorbet worked right in. Italian, classic Australiana and Japanese all at once, drawing on Messina's own heritage, our team's backgrounds, and the cuisines we just genuinely love. Casual in feel, but with food that's beautiful, delicious and nostalgic with drinks to match.
Erin grew out of Messina Creative, once a world-first gelato degustation for just 16 people a night. It was never easy to get into, and too many people missed out, so we stripped away the barriers, brought in Go Amano (ex-Lumi, Sepia) to lead the kitchen and Josh Hallissey (ex-Allta) as our Restaurant and Bar Manager with a fresh take and some seriously fun cocktails, and turned it into something more people could actually enjoy.
We still do what Messina does best: taking nostalgic favourites and reimagining them with a creative twist and the best quality ingredients we can find, gelato or sorbet weaved through almost everything - dishes and drinks alike.
However you want to eat, there's a way to do it: go all in on the Gelato Omakase for the full journey, keep it shorter with the Tasting Menu, or order à la carte if that's more your speed.
