If you're planning on making our gelato at home with your Messina The Recipes book, you'll need this handy kit. Contains: Dextrose 500g, Maltodextrin 300g, Gelato Stabiliser 50g, Sorbet Stabiliser 50g. This will be enough for about 10 x 1L batches.
The book is not included in the kit.
