Refund policy
Refund Policy for Cakes:
- Cake orders can be cancelled with 2 days' notice prior to pick-up.
- Custom products for special occasions or limited edition releases are non-refundable.

Returns Policy for Merch & Gifts:
- Food products, discounted, personalised items, and Christmas Gifting products are non-returnable unless faulty. If you have a faulty item please contact hello@gelatomessina.com.
- Returns for full-priced merch items are accepted within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to return your item, contact hello@gelatomessina.com with your order details. The customer is responsible for the postage costs to return the item to us.
- All returned items must be in original condition, with swing tags attached.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- We cannot offer exchanges.
- Gift card sales are final and subject to terms and conditions found on our Gift Cards page.
In-Store Purchase Returns:
- Full-priced items can be returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
- All returned items must be in original condition, with swing tags attached.
- We cannot offer refunds for online purchases in-store.
Discount Codes:
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
Messina App Points for E-Comm Purchases:
- Currently, app points are not applicable for e-comm orders unless stated otherwise on the specific product page.
