Refund policy

Refund Policy for Cakes:

  • Cake orders can be cancelled with 2 days' notice prior to pick-up.
  • Custom products for special occasions or limited edition releases are non-refundable.
  • Contact Head Office to request a refund within notice period on hello@gelatomessina.com
Returns Policy for Merch & Gifts:
  • We happily accept returns for full-priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and swing tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the item returned.
  • For change of mind items, the cost of the return shipping ($11 AUS Standard) will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We do not accept returns for food products, discounted, personalised items, or Christmas Gifting products unless they are faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please contact hello@gelatomessina.com.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the unwanted item and reorder
  • We cannot refund shipping, taxes, or duties, and Route Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a product is returned.
  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, and refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

In-Store Purchase Returns:

  • Full-priced items can be returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
  • All returned items must be in original condition, with swing tags attached.
  • We cannot offer refunds for online purchases in-store.

Discount Codes:

  • Only one discount code can be used per order.

Messina App Points for E-Comm Purchases:

  • Currently, app points are not applicable for e-comm orders unless stated otherwise on the specific product page.
