Messina's coming to the Sunshine Coast for the very first time!
It's the first year we're partaking in The Curated Plate food festival in Queensland.
You'll be able to visit our stall at the Food Fair within Cotton Tree Park from 9-11 August showcasing two custom products, starring some of our favourite local producers.
On the menu:

THE MAC DADDY – Coffee gelato, macadamia cake, coffee caramel topped with coconut Chantilly & caramelised macadamias
_Strawberries from Luvaberry_
_Coffee from Groundskeeper Willie Roasters_
_Macadamias from Barenuts_
Food Fair Opening Hours
Friday, 9 August: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday, 10 August: 12:30pm – 10:00pm
Sunday, 11 August: 12:30pm – 9:00pm
Tickets are free, but you need to register for free entry. Alternatively there will be a $5 entry fee on the day for adults (children under 16 get free entry) with 50% of proceeds going to our charity partner, Rural Aid.
All ages welcome (plus it’s dog-friendly!), with some Masterclasses restricted to over 18’s. Please note, the Food Fair is cashless – all major cards accepted.
We're also sending up our head chef Donato Toce, to create the dessert for the Spicers Den collaborative dining experience with Zaiyu Hasegawa from Tokyo's Den. Donato has created a sweet end to the meal, based around our milk from our dairy farm in Numurkah, Victoria. He'll be plating up buttermilk gelato, milk curds, whey jelly, dulce de leche and milk skins.
Tickets for this experience are currently sold out, but you can join the waiting list here.
