Snapchat Scoop Giveaway — Mates Day
Snapchat is shouting you and your besties FREE scoops to celebrate Mates Day on May 8.
Mates Day (that’s May 8, M8 - geddit?!) is all about celebrating friendship. So we've buddied with our pals at Snapchat to create a flavour you and your mates are going to want to get down to our stores for. The flavour is our take on a classic vanilla slice...a special never to have graced the Messina cabinets before...and best of all, it's also going to be FREE, courtesy of Snapchat.
The flavour
Oh Snap! Vanilla custard gelato layered with passion fruit puree and crunchy caramelised puff pastry pieces (contains gluten, dairy, egg, alcohol*).
The ideal friendship of flavours have come together to give your favourite nostalgic bakery treat an icy glow-up.
How to get your hands on some Oh Snap!?
All Messina stores will have a limited amount of free scoops from 12pm on Mates Day (Wednesday 8 May) which will be free until stocks last, so get in quick!
- You must show your Snapchat app on your phone to redeem, so if you don't have it yet, now's the time to download. If you're under 13, no app needed—just come and grab your free scoop!
- One scoop per customer.
- Only until stocks last.
Extra Snapchat at Surry Hills
Our Surry Hills store is getting an extra special yellow glow-up. The store is being taken over as the home of Mates Day, so if you're a Snapchat super-fan and want to see some cool-af features at the store and get the chance to get some limited edition Snap merch, make Surry Hills your go to Messina store. Surry Hills will have extra stock of the Oh Snap! flavour, but same applies there, once the scoops are gone they're gone.
What would Mates Day be without a new Snapchat Lens to celebrate with friends? If you’re thinking of your pals near and far on Mates Day, Snapchat will also be releasing a special edition Mates Day Lens, delivering some extra fun to your Snapchat streaks on May 8.
