If youâve ever thought, âyou know what this already really incredibly good gelato needs? A bakery next doorâ⊠yeah, we often have the same thought, how funny.

On Friday, 17th April at 1pm, we're officially opening our brand-new North Adelaide store and weâve brought our sister brand Shadow Baking along for the ride.

The space dreamt up by Vie Studio leans into a slightly surreal, old-meets-new vibe, think a nod to North Adelaideâs history but with a strong personality pull from both brands (and one very convenient door straight through the middle connecting the two).

Youâll find us at AG02 88 OâConnell Street and Shadow Baking at AG03, but again, just walk through our cool connecting door.

First up: the gelato. Weâve got 40 flavours ready to go, there's the 35 classics, plus our 5 rotating weekly specials, plus shakes, take-home tubs. And for the opening week there will be an extra exclusive opening flavour:

We'll also be debuting our collab product â Shadow Baking fresh brioche, stuffed with your choice of gelato. An Italian classic, reimagined by our head chefs.Â

Shadow Baking opens early, so if your thing is pastries, focaccia and coffee before midday, youâre sorted.

Thereâs a full dine-in menu as well, with things like croissant loaf French toast, maple butter and creme anglaise⊠plus the best sausage and egg bun you've ever had (we've tried it, and that's a fact).
