Three Martini Dinner
The three martini lunch is back. Except it's dinner. On Friday. And you don't have to go back to work.
On Friday 19 June, Erin and @lenasdoingthings are hosting a Three Martini Dinner, three unique martinis, three snacky courses you actually wanna eat with your tinis. Plus dessert to finish, because we always gotta end on something sweet.
The concept is a riff on the classic three martini lunch, that very 1960s idea that the best business gets done over drinks, plural, at lunch. We've updated it. Less Midtown Manhattan, more girl dinner in Marrickville.
Kicking things off with a classic dirty (as fook) martini topped with smoked olives and anchovy. It's salty and smokey and sets the tone for the whole evening. We've paired this with an elite snack spread of broken cones, hazelnut taralli and a crème fraîche gelato dip topped with smoked trout roe.

Next up we've brought back an OG fav, prawn toast with tomato sriracha sorbet. Matched with our tomatini, a clarified tomato martini, topped with a pickled tomato and kiss peppers (yes they are actually called that, how fricken adorable).
Third course is a beef tartare on brioche toast with jalapeño sorbet and parmesan, paired with a lemon sorbetini. Limoncello syrup with mini candied lemon and orange stars poured on top, we LOVE her✨. By this point you've had three martinis and three courses and the whole thing feels like a genuinely good idea.
Finishing things off with a classic dessert, freshly churned fior di latte sundae (think gelato soft serve) with warm dulce de leche, olive oil and sea salt.
