We’ll be taking part the Carriageworks Night Market on Friday 16th June, from 5 - 10pm. Curated by Matt Stone, we’ll be joining over 50 incredible bars, restaurants and producers for one-night of limited-edition delicious eats and drinks.
Back by popular demand as part of Vivid Sydney the event is celebrating sustainable food practices, embracing authenticity and focusing on using the best produce from across NSW. Carriageworks comes alive with local hospitality, music, food demonstrations and live entertainment.
We've created a customer dessert which will only be available here, in limited portions:
THE 7 CINS - Layers of flaky puff pastry with rescued apples and spiced calvados caramel, topped with a scoop of roasted cinnamon gelato
Using rescued Pink Lady apples from Farmers Pick, we've stopped these imperfect fruits which are considered not up to scratch for supermarkets, from ending up in landfill. Instead making their way into our tarte tatin.
