It’s time for a scoop of nostalgia. Vivid Sydney and Messina are proud to present the Messina Milk Bar at Vivid Fire Kitchen with a special edition menu running until 15th June, 6 – 11pm for the entire event. Check out our new levelled up dixie cups below.
Revisiting some of our favourites from times gone by, our chefs have reinvented some classic flavours in dixie-cups, gelato chocolate bars, Messina milk shakes, spiders and a decadent milo sundae.
Each creation is a nod to the past and is crafted with our signature jersey milk gelato and in-house chocolate. Our Milo fudge sundae will be torched on site to get in on the Fire Kitchen action.
Step into a world where every scoop tells a story, every flavour evokes a memory, all served from a custom built whimsical retro-styled milk bar. Gather round something sweet this Vivid Sydney and connect through childhood memories as you make new ones.
If you’re looking for a savoury start to your evening, we'll be next to a multitude of culinary legends at the Vivid Fire Kitchen on The Goods Line in Ultimo. Serving flame-seared street food from around the world — you’ll find California’s favourite pitmaster Shalamar Lane alongside Australian icons Christine Manfield, First Nations chef Mindy Woods and Firedoor’s Lennox Hastie.
