Since opening its doors next to our Darlinghurst store in 2016, the Creative Department has refined and redefined the ultimate sensory degustation experience. Every week, one new dish is added to the rotating 8 course menu.

17 Sept - this week, Creative Department Head Chef Remi Talbot is adding:

Smoked koji gelato, enoki semi dried in Pedro Ximénez, 63 degree egg yolk, shiitake and black tea broth.
Drink pairing: Seedlip Spice94, Burnt Watermelon & Wattleseed
