Your night kicks off with a welcome drink in the Messina factory, before we take you for a walkthrough for an insider look at how we make our gelato, dulce de leche, cakes and chocolates.

After the tour, enjoy a curated four course menu featuring a selection of Erin favourites, Shadow Baking elements, and finishing with an exclusive Messina dessert. We’ll guide you through each course and share the stories behind them.
