1 Oct - This Week's New Dish at The Creative Department

Since opening its doors next to our Darlinghurst store in 2016, the Creative Department has refined and redefined the ultimate sensory degustation experience. Every week, one new dish is added to the rotating 8 course menu.

1st October - this week, Creative Department Head Chef Remi Talbot is adding:

Bagna Cauda* & Cured Egg Yolk Gelato, Foie Gras Ravioli, Grilled Artichoke

Drink Pairing: Sparkling Aged Plum, Vanilla and Oak Oil

Available for 6 weeks only.
