OG Bake At Home Cookie Pie

1. Bring the cookie pie to room temperature (thaw for approximately 1.5 hours)

2. Preheat oven to 170°C fan forced

3. Place the pie tin on a tray in the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes

4. Remove from the oven and rest the cookie pie for 10 minutes before cutting and serving with gelato
