Ice Vovo Bavarian

The Bav can be stored and eaten frozen or refrigerated. We recommend keeping in the freezer until serving day and storing in the fridge 1 hour before eating. If you're picking up direct from the store, bring a cooler bag so it can start defrosting on the way. Serve after 1 hour for a semifreddo or 2 hours for a mousse cake.

In Store

If you already have the Messina app when purchasing in store, make sure to pay with this method and you're all set! We'll automatically add the points to your balance.

Bopple (online orders)

If you already have the Messina app, make sure your Bopple account is using the same email. We'll automatically add your points to your balance when you collect the product from store.

Don't have our app? Need a bit of convincing? Uber Eats

Unfortunately app points are not available on Uber Eats orders.

The Bav will keep in the freezer for a month, or refrigerate for up to 3 days once defrosted.

Unfortunately no cancellations or refunds can be made on custom products, so please choose carefully!

Please make sure you collect your order during the 'pick up dates'. Due to limited amount of storage space in stores, we are unable to keep products for too long. If you have extenuating circumstances due to COVID and can't collect, please email us at info@gelatomessina.com.
