We've Partnered With Firedoor To Make An Indulgent Smoked Milk Flavour
Every week, we'll be making a limited Firedoor x Messina flavour, available exclusively through Fireshop.
If you were lucky enough to dine-in at Firedoor pre-COVID and experience the magic of Lennox Hastie and his team cooking instinctively and only with fire, you will understand the authenticity of their food. But if you didn't, now's your chance! Fireshop has launched as the new world's answer to fiery fine dining at home. As well as stocking 'almost ready' 3-course meals for you to finish off and enjoy at home, they're also selling their best restaurant produce including: house made smoked butter, smoked burrata, prepped and saucy seafood, meat and veggies as well as our Messina Jersey Milk— straight from our farm in Numurkah Victoria.
This week we've begun another partnership, making a custom gelato flavour exclusively for their Fireshop customers. The indulgent Elisabetta is made up of Firedoor smoked Messina Jersey milk, folded with our house made dulce de leche and their Cudgegong Valley olive oil and sea salt.
Although it sold out in record time, we'll be back with another special next week, combining both of our produce in a delicious medley of gelato.
