Messina Creative is celebrating truffle season with a 6 course degustation using rich black truffles from Manjimup, WA. Sittings are available to book from 25th – 27th July.

The experimental and indulgent degustation showcases the perfect balance of sweet, savoury and umami — each dish paired with a unique gelato or sorbet and non-alcoholic cocktails; including a truffle infused dulce de leche espresso martini.

Whether you're a truffle connoisseur or just after a unique menu and dining experience, Messina Creative Truffle Week guarantees unforgettable dishes that will tantalise your taste buds with the indulgence of Manjimup black truffles. 

 

Featuring on this limited edition menu:

 

• jalapeño sorbet, messina jersey beef tartare brioche roll, shaved truffle

• hazelnut porcini, celeriac & shaved truffle, espresso sauce

• tarragon gelato, fennel, olive crumble, gundagai lamb and truffle sauce

• truffle infused dulce de leche espresso martini

• burned butter gelato, truffled egg
