Marvel at the new and improved CARNI CANDY menu, watch carefully as our magicians attempt to take your cash and exchange it for a delicious gelato creation right before your eyes!
Test your strength of stomach with SEVEN menu items - some favourite acts from our original Sydney Festival menu have been re-imagined into new and improved versions of their former selves. Remember the MESSINAWIENER! or the YEEEAH DAWGS!*? they're back! *thanks to our favourite customer last time who returned his 'sausage' as we hadn't cooked it properly...
On top of these spine (and teeth) chilling attractions, the bearded ladies have cracked their creamy whips to create a new gelato doughnut bar, courtesy of our gelato ringmaster Duncan. Duncan Doughnuts. Get it?
