Newtown Good Food Fair 2017

Can we just take a sec and appreciate how great street parties are?

So, here’s the plan; this Sunday, 8th October, grab your crew/friends/clan/squad/clique/fam/whatever you want to call them, and we’ll see you at the Newtown Good Food Fair.

We’re joining fellow Newtown-ers Mary’s, Bloodwood, Bovine & Swine, Queen Chow, Young Henrys, Courthouse Hotel, Salmon & Bear and many others, as we take over Newtown Square & Eliza St for what’s being described as a culinary wonderland! And if you’re feeling lucky, there’s a $50 Messina voucher up for grabs in the raffle.

Brace yourself; we’re bringing out the big guns (in ice cream form)! Not only are we whipping out some of our favourite flavours, picture this: custom-made choc tops, created exclusively for one day only. So, in other words, your plans for Sunday are officially sorted.

Here’s a sneak peak of what to expect on the menu (unless they’re already all sold out).

Choc Tops:

Pop your choc – $9

Caramel choc lined cone filled with salted caramel gelato, caramel popcorn fudge & crushed popcorn, dipped in caramel popcorn choc (G, D)

Flavours By The Scoop:

Salted coconut and mango sorbet

Cremino – Salted caramel gelato with gianduia fudge and amaretti biscuits (N, E, G, D)

Pop’s – Dark chocolate and honey gelato with Italian nougat (N, E, D)
