We're launching our next spirits partnership with the mixology masters at Archie Rose Distilling Co. Known for producing exceptional gins, vodkas, whiskies and rums — also recognised as Australia’s most highly awarded distillery, we're taking care of the food, and leaving the 8 x drink pairings for them to curate.
Evening sittings are available from the 16th - 18th May at either 6pm or 8:30pm, over at our Darlinghurst restaurant.
A ticket will set you back $190 and include an 8 course meal, 8 paired drinks of either spirit based cocktails, wine or non alcoholic concoctions. Bookings are available in groups of 2-8, or book your very own private sitting with a table of 8.
