Gelato S'mores At Fish Lane Festival – Brisbane
Our gelato S'mores are coming to Brisbane for one day only.
Cancel your plans for the 11th May, as the Colonial Brewing Co and The Fox are throwing a massive street party in Fish Lane, South Brisbane.
Along with Brisbane legends Julius Pizzeria, Chu The Phat and many more, we'll be set up all day mixing fresh Italian meringue and serving our GELATO S'MORES.
You can choose from either:
PAVLOVA: Graham cracker biscuits, vanilla gelato, passionfruit gel, Italian meringue and freeze dried raspberries
or
GAYTIME: Graham cracker biscuits, salted caramel gelato, dulce de leche and Italian meringue, topped with honeycomb and shortbread crumble.
You'll also find pop up bars, live music and it's 100% free so there's no excuse.
