Gemma has designed two custom pieces based on our Dr. Evil's Magic Mushroom cake and Pistachio Praline flavour, available framed or unframed and printed on beautiful 130gsm extract paper, made entirely from 100% recycled coffee cups.
Our most recognisable Mushroom cake was first created in 2011, becoming a symbol for every gelato lovers celebration. Each cake is handmade in-house at our Marrickville HQ, by our team of pastry chefs.
If Pistachio Praline is your jam, be transported back to our Sicilian heritage — inspired by the world's finest pistachios that we import from Italy, mixed with the Jersey milk direct form our farm in Numurkah, Victoria.
