Brisbane Ice Cream Festival 2018

It’s that time of the year again – where good things do come in small packages.

The Brisbane Ice Cream Festival is popping up on the 10th of March, inside the old Peters Ice Cream factory – so you can get all your fave desserts under one roof, or skip the others and just visit us.

We’re doing things a little differently this year, not all is as it seems at the Messina Pop Up:

YEEEAH DAWG: Red velvet gelato ‘frankfurter’, raspberry gel ‘ketchup’, passionfruit ‘mustard’, cream cheese custard ‘mayo’, milk bun

“STEAMED HAMS”:  Dulce de leche gelato, crema catalana, almond praline, choux pastry bun

These bad boys will only be available for the day and you must have registered for a free ticket to attend within your allocated session time (11am – 5pm).
