It’s been a hot minute since “Ricos” Tacos truck was spicing up our Rosebery carpark, but Toby Wilson is back with a new menu, for a big ol’ weekend reunion, 22nd – 23rd July at Rosebery HQ.

Toby the Taco King has been serving up some of Sydney's best Mexican food out of his Chippendale restaurant for about a year, but he's keen to return to our carpark for a weekend with a brand new menu. We’re talking mushroom & beef birria tacos dipped in consomé (slow cooked stock), fried fish tacos and his signature thrice cooked hash browns.

We’re bringing back our hot fried cinnamon Papi Churros with salted dulce de leche gelato and a new hot chocolate topped with a toasted cinnamon marshmallow — to keep you warm.
