For the uninitiated: Echoes is a light and sound thing that takes over Bella Vista Farm Park after dark and tells the story of the place through projections, illumination and a soundtrack that makes a paddock feel very cinematic.

They called it the Orange Blossom Festival so we obviously had to make a flavour that fit the brief. Say hello to Super Orange De Leche - Orange custard gelato with hazelnut praline and dulce de leche

Find us at Bella Vista Farm Park, corner of Norwest Boulevard and Elizabeth Macarthur Drive, Bella Vista. Friday 18th September through to Sunday 11th October (closed 21st-22nd September, because even light shows need a lie down)

We're open 5.45pm to 9.30pm from 18 September to 3 October, then 7pm to 10pm from 4 October to 11 October.
