For the first time in Creative Department history, head chef Remi Talbot has curated a one off menu of caviar centric dishes that will have you waving those preconceptions out the door. The 'treat yourself' experience can only be described as unique, opulent and indulgent. Featuring internationally sourced caviar as you've never seen it before, alongside crustaceans and unexpected accompaniments.
Sydneysiders can attend sittings from the 2nd - 4th November at 6pm or 8:30pm, or for Sunday lunch at 12pm or 2:30pm.
We'll be in Melbourne the following week from 9th - 11th November for the same sittings. Or you can book in for our regular degustation the week after.
The eight course degustation with paired non alcoholic drinks, is designed to challenge the norm, whilst leaving you with a belly full of delicious plated dishes.
