returns & delivery policy

STANDARD Online purchases:

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch, and a further 1-2 business days for deliveries to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, please allow 2-6 days for delivery.
  • Our warehouse team operates during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.
  • We are unable to offer international shipping yet (watch this space!).
  • Please ensure the name, business (if applicable), phone number and address entered is correct.  If it contains incorrect or insufficient details, Messina will not be held liable for replacement or additional shipping costs.

Returns:

Online purchases:

  • We will happily accept returns on all full priced items you notify us within 14 days. If you would like a refund on your item, please contact returns@gelatomessina.com with your order number.
  • All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed with the swing tags attached, and are accepted at the discretion of our team.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges.
  • Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
  • It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of the return.
  • All Gift Card sales are final. To see the full terms and conditions of our Gift Cards please see our T&Cs page.

In-store purchases:

  • We will happily accept returns on all full priced items if you return them to the store you purchased from within 14 days, and with your receipt.
  • All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed with the swing tags attached, and are accepted at the discretion of our team.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer refund for online purchases in our stores.
