‍FEELING THORNY, baby? Let us get you off... the hook this Valentine's Day with our gelato rose. Sure, receiving a bouquet of roses is uber romantic, but a gelato rose will melt their heart, AND satisfy their stomach. No one wants a hangry Valentine after all.

As beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside, here’s what’s in FEELING THORNY: white chocolate lined waffle cone filled with dulce de leche and earl grey gelato, strawberry compote and more dulce de leche salted caramel Chantilly rose rooted in a choc hazelnut praline mousse and chocolate brownie ‘pot’

Avoid the disappointment of getting your loved one a flower they can't eat and double your chances of getting lucky — serves two after all.

To enhance the flavours and assist in cutting, the cake should be removed from the freezer and placed in the fridge 10 mins before serving. Always use a hot, sharp knife and ensure you wipe off any excess water to prevent depositing ice crystals on the cake.

Remove the cake from the cake board and lift off the thick chocolate disk at the bottom. The disk is 100% fine to eat, just a little too solid to cut through.

Then, you can eat it however you like. But if you're looking for tips, we recommend cutting it down the middle so you get to try all the flavours together.

The rose can travel for 20 - 30 minutes outside of the freezer. After then it will have to be eaten or popped back in the freezer until it's time to share with your Valentine.
