SPEEDO X MESSINA
This Sunday, we’re making waves — literally. We are collaborating with Speedo and taking over North Bondi Surf Lifesaving Club, it’s going to be a whole lot tastier than your average beach day.
We’ve created custom swimsuits and briefs with Speedo, dripping (not literally) with our iconic Messina scoops. Now, these exclusive Speedos won’t be available for purchase, the only way to snag a pair is by entering our Instagram giveaway or testing your luck with the games at Sunday’s event.
It wouldn’t be Messina without gelato, and we’ve gone all out with two limited-edition scoops just for this event:
- Peaches on Beaches: Burrata and olive oil gelato with peach purée. It’s fancy, it’s fruity, and it’s fabulous.

Boysenberry Crumble: Vanilla and nutmeg-scented gelato with oat crumble and boysenberry purée. Basically, your fave dessert in scoop form.

Sunday's Schedule
6 AM – 8 AM: Run & Cold Plunge
Early riser? Good, because we’re starting the day with a coastal run and a brisk dip in the ocean. It’s like coffee, but colder and with way more bragging rights. You can sign up for the event here
10 AM – 11 AM: Ocean Swimming Masterclass hosted by Sam Short, World Champion and Olympian
Ever wondered how Olympians glide through the water like dolphins? Join Sam Short for a masterclass that’ll level up your ocean game. (No judgment if you just float around and listen.)
11 AM – 3 PM: Speedo x Messina Pop-Up Party
Now heres where the heat really turns up:
- Messina's Gelato Van pop-up serving the two exclusive gelato flavours – Peaches on Beaches and Boysenberry Crumble
- A juice bar for that post-plunge hydration.
- Games to win prizes and of course our exclusive merch!
