Smooth Festival of Chocolate 2017

Our gelato chocolate bars are back and on steroids for this years.  Leading the line up is our mammoth sundae – made to satisfy two, or one very very hungry person – CHOCTIMUS PRIME is not one for the faint-hearted.

For the kid in all of us, or for your actual kids there’s three decadent chocolate bars to choose from and you’ll have just as much fun pronouncing their names as you will eating them. Only available at SMOOTH for TWO DAYS or until stocks last. We will be in 2 sites – one in First Fleet Park where we’ll be making CHOCTIMUS PRIME fresh to order + we’ll have all 3 choccy bars available.   If you want to have a squiz at our van (CHOCCY McCHOCFACE)  and avoid the park queues, we’ll be parked up by the Overseas Passenger Terminal with our 3 choccy bars.

*You might notice a difference in our chocolate*.  We’ve been quietly ploughing away in our factory with our brand new chocolate machine – learning the ins and outs of making our very own chocolate in house.  It’s here, it’s delicious and it’s currently in all of our stores and in all Smooth festival products.

THE MENU

CHOCTIMUS PRIME – $15 each
Dark chocolate custard, choc chip gelato, salted caramel cream, chocolate mud cake, toasted white chocolate crunch, blackcurrant jelly, dark chocolate sauce and salted dark chocolate shards

THIS LITTLE PIGGY  – $10 each
Red velvet cake, raspberry gel, white chocolate & cream cheese gelato, almond praline crunch covered in Messina white chocolate & raspberry glaze

THE SMOOTH CRIMINAL – $10 each
Milk chocolate gelato, malted nougat semi freddo & chocolate mud cake covered in Messina dark chocolate

CHOKITOUTNOW – $10/$8 each
(Available in 2 sizes: full or “lite”)
Caramel gelato, caramel fudge, rice bubbles & biscuit crumb covered in Messina milk chocolate
