Five ways to drink a scoop
Spring means a new drinks menu and this one's got a theme running through the whole thing: gelato or sorbet. The gelato gets milk-washed straight into the spirits and the sorbet is blended right into the drink. We're not talking a scoop floating in the glass. The gelato's fat carries the flavour and richness into the spirit, then gets strained back out, so what's left is silky and clean instead of sweet.

Vovovroom
White rum, rhubi mistelle, toasted coconut and musk stick, rounded out with coconut and lychee gelato. Playful and a little nostalgic, drink ya lollies!
Native Grind
Whiskey, Davidson plum, espresso and pistachio gelato, finished with a little cube of nougat on top.

Mess-tini
Botanical vodka, preserved lemon, vanilla gelato and a whisper of EVOO. Clean and bright, with a little savoury finish that sneaks up on you.
Wattling Around
Vodka, yuzu, vanilla whey caramel and osmanthus gelato, topped with golden wattle soda. Floral and warm, with the wattle soda keeping it light.
Erin's Sgroppino
Our take on the Italian classic: tequila, watermelon and strawberry gum sorbet, topped with quandong soda. OG fans who remember our spicy watermelon margarita, you're going to want to try this!
