Pavlova Tart – A chocolate tart crust filled with passionfruit curd, vanilla gelato, passionfruit gel, baked meringue, raspberry compote, raspberry mousse, vanilla chantilly. Then decorated with velvety red chocolate spray and topped with chocolate hearts.
