The perfect gift for someone you’ve had a really close eye on for a while, a long lost lover or your unassuming spouse – take a stab in the dark this year and surprise someone who’s a little bit special.

WHAT’S INSIDE? This gelato heartthrob comprises of Tonka bean gelato, vanilla chantilly cream, strawberry blood gel, red velvet sponge – all encased in a milk chocolate shell with chocolate barbed wire and edible screws. When the time’s right, grab a large knife and slice down the centre of the cake to reveal a bloody pool of strawberry gel. Smash into pieces and enjoy! We recommend this cake for those on the risqué side of the fence, hey you might even get nailed this year.
