For the first time, well, ever, you can get your hands on a limited-edition Messina version of Bertha.... Let us introduce Mertha.

Mertha has Twelve layers of chocolate cake, sandwiched between another twelve layers of malt cheesecake and lathered with thick ganache and Milo crumble. And each slice weighs around 800-900g (they are all cut by hand so they fluctuate a bit - sorry!)

Use a sharp knife to slice Mertha if you’re sharing. Use a fork or spoon if you’re sensible and keeping her to yourself.

Uber Eats

Unfortunately app points are not available on Uber Eats orders.

Store in the fridge in a sealed container. Slice off each serve and leave at room temp for 1-2hours. Make sure you eat every last mouthful by the best before date shown on the box.

Please note: our baked goods do not contain the sorts of preservatives that you’ll find on supermarket shelves, so they won’t keep as long. Trust me, it’s a good thing.

We do not recommend freezing Mertha.
