All Bertha orders are sent with authority to leave, so no signature is required on delivery.
However we'd strongly really recommend having someone home to greet Bertha at the door.
If your order for any reason is redirected to a nearby Post Office or parcel locker, please collect it as soon as possible the same day.
Bertha may compress slightly in transit depending on how Australia Post handles the parcel, this is completely fine and won't affect the eating experience. For an even better result, try warming Bertha in the microwave in 10-second bursts.
Please, do not order any other product or merch with your Bertha slice. If you do it will automatically refunded and you will need to repurchase these items separately.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY BIT: This product is delivered directly to your doorstep via Aus Post Express. Bertha will be sent in a sealed bag or box but please make sure you're home to receive or pick up your order from the post office ASAP.
