We've collaborated with Defy to create the first ever recycled plastic gelato scoop. 

Defy are an all-in-one design, recycling and manufacturing company who want to stop the production of virgin plastic and divert more waste from entering our landfills and environment. They have custom designed and hand moulded our custom gelato scoop which we've tried and tested in our stores, and can verify scoops the perfect scoop.
