The Christmas Coma has been the centrepiece of Christmas lunch (and the reason for the nap afterwards) since 2017. And this year is no different, say hello to the Christmas Coma: Get Baked Edition.
Inspired by Bertha, you'll find layers of:
Dark chocolate cake, sandwiched with a milk and dark chocolate signature ganache, topped with more ganache and sprinkles.
When you're making this much chocolate cake, you need A LOT of chocolate. Thanks to our friends at Mayern, who are coming to the party again with their high quality Belgian chocolate to help us make this year's Coma.

Yes, it's frozen. No, it's not gelato.
This year's Coma is a cake trifle, and it'll be frozen when you pick it up. It needs 36 hours prep before eating, with 24 hours in the fridge to defrost, and 12 hours at room temp before you plan to eat it so the ganache becomes silky smooth.
If you're picking up on XMAS eve, you'll need to leave this out at room temp overnight.
