The line-up features creative, comfort-driven dishes with a signature twist: Shadow style Turkish eggs with Le Boqueria chorizo, an epic hangover cure burger, and other classics reimagined in true Messina style. An expanded coffee and drinks menu (yes, including a Mont Blanc) rounds out the experience.

Who is Shadow Baking?
Founded by three Messina head chefs, responsible for all the delicious things which come out of the Messina kitchens, Shadow Baking is our sister company and pastry partner.
Needing more than just one place to put their delicious goods out into the world Tom Mitchell (Executive Chef at Messina), Florian Fritsch (Head Chef at Messina) and Remi Talbot (Full time Shadow Baker, previously head chef at the Messina Creative Restaurant for six years) created Shadow Baking
