We make our own range of hand crafted chocolate bars on site, which are available to purchase in boxes of 2, 4, 6 and 8 inside the store.

We're always running pop ups and events at Marrickville HQ - from savory food collaborations to affogato parties.

Take a guided wander through our Marrickville factory, aka the source of every scoop. You'll meet the machines doing the heavy lifting and see how we make our gelato bases, dulce de leche and other seriously delicious things from scratch.

Pair a factory tour with dinner at Erin, aka the full Messina experience in one go. You'll start with a welcome drink and factory walkthrough, before sitting down to a four course dinner of exclusive Erin dishes and a one off Messina dessert.

Guided by one of our team, you'll take a 30 minute private peek behind the curtain and learn how we make our famous gelato. Perfect for a team day out, a birthday treat, or just a really good excuse to spend a morning surrounded by gelato.
